Our products are designed in Singapore and manufactured locally and Indonesia.

How long does my order take to deliver?
-Local ordered take 2-5 days for standard shipping and 1-2 days for express and 1-3 days for self collection.
-Overseas orders take 7-14 days for standard shipping
Can I cancel or make changes to an order I just placed?
You can cancel your order within 24/hr of purchasing by emailing us. You are not allowed to make any changed to an order once it has been placed.
When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 1-2 days for us to pack and dispatch your order via your chosen shipping method.
Please note that we need 2-3 working days to pack and deliver your parcels to our stores. Collection is only available at our Bedok Mall, Junction 8 and Century Square outlets.

Custom taxes and charges?
You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. Please be aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises. We will not be responsible for any import duties and taxes charged.
Do I have to create an account?
You are not required to create an account but it is recommended so your past orders will be saved.

Can I return sales item?
No, sales items are non exchangeable or returnable.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes we do offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your product.
My items arrived faulty?
If your items arrived faulty we are only able to exchange it with a new piece, If its not available anymore you will be issued store credit once the item has been returned. The company reserves the rights to not give an exchange or refund after inspection of the garment.
Can I return my items for a refund?
No you can't return items for a refund instead you will receive store credits.
Do I have to pay for the return shipping?
Yes the customer has to bare the return shipping cost.
