**All local deliveries will be handled by Singpost (registered parcels / AM mail) or TA-Q-BIN. Please note that all delivery time is effective only after your order has been picked up by our delivery service partner.
SELF COLLECTION AT OUR SINGAPORE OUTLETS
Please note that we need 2-3 working days to pack and deliver your parcels to our stores. Collection is only available at our Junction 8 and Century Square outlets.

We will email you once your order is ready for collection. Please collect your parcel within 1 week. Any uncollected parcels will be returned back to warehouse and our customer service team will contact you for an alternative shipping method.
RESTRICTED AREAS THAT WE DO NOT SHIP TO IN SINGAPORE
Please note that we do not deliver to army camps, hotels and most of the islands in Singapore.

Not satisfied with the products?
- You can return any item within 7 working days of receiving your original order.
- All returns MUST be enclosed with the Return Note
- All returns must be sent back with the enclosed Return Form, filled in accordingly. We reserve the rights to reject any returns with no Return Form enclosed. In the event that you have misplaced the form, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request for a copy.
- Return items will be replaced with store credits equivalent to the purchase price of the return item. Store credits are valid for 30 days from date of issue, are strictly non-refundable, are not eligible for extension and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- All return items should be in their original condition; attached with original tag, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and purchased directly from www.fashionlaboratory.com only. All items will be inspected on return.
- Items purchased at fashion.LAB® store(s) will not be eligible for online returns and store credits and items purchased from www.fashionlabstore.com are not eligible for exchange/refund in our stores as well.
- Store credits will be issued within 10 working days upon receiving the returned item.
- The returns are your responsibility until it reaches us, so please make sure it is packed properly and traceable.
- All shipping fees for returns will be borne by the customer.
- We will strictly not be liable for lost mails so please do opt for a delivery option that allows tracking when you mail it back to us.
- All returns have to be done strictly through mailing.
- in the rare event that the item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, no store credits will be issued and item will be mail back to you.
*Note: Each order is only valid for one-time exchange. Returns/exchanges are not allowed for sales items, accessories and orders using promotional codes.
We sincerely apologise for any incorrect or defective items received. Kindly email us at email@example.com with a snapshot of the incorrect item or area of defect, along with your invoice number for verification purposes and for us to process and exchange the incorrect/defective item for you. Any postage incurred for the exchange will be reimbursed to you. Kindly note that the incorrect item should be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, all tags intact and purchased directly from www.fashionlaboratory.com. In the event that a one-to-one exchange to the original item is not available due to stocks availability, store credits or refunds will be issued.
